About Natasha

Helping clients achieve their goals

Natasha Goodchild has over 25 years’ experience of working within the NHS and private practice. Natasha worked as a registered mental health nurse in both in-patient and community settings before completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at the UEA in 2003 and went on to gain accreditation with The British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). In 2015 Natasha completed all parts of the EMDR training and has incorporated this into her practice.

Natasha works with clients in a non-judgemental manner, collaborating to help clients gain insight into their difficulties and enabling them to take the necessary steps towards positive change.

Sessions are available at Gilmour Piper in Ipswich, in a private garden room in North Ipswich or online through MS Teams. 

Natasha is able to provide a fifteen minute telephone consultation for free to assess your suitability for therapy and to answer any queries you may have.
