The Ipswich CBT Service mission is to provide current, evidence based cognitive behavioural therapy for clients in the Ipswich area. The therapy offered is based upon the National Institute of Clinical Excellence guidelines on the most effective treatments for mental health problems including anxiety and depression. The service offered is an individualised, professional service working within BABCP guidelines and the Nursing and Midwifery Council Code of Professional Conduct. Natasha is an accredited member of the BABCP and offers a confidential service.
The aim of the service is to see clients for assessment within two weeks of initial contact.
